Policy Regarding Children
Our Services are NOT intended for children under the age of 13. OverSphere LLC does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13 and believes that minors should get their parents’ consent before giving out any Personal Information. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed Personal Information to us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We value your privacy and already comply with European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for all users worldwide.
Below are clarification and more details.
Your location data is stored locally on your device, we do not run servers to store your data. If subscribed to services, you are given the option to backup your data to iCloud servers run by Apple, Inc. This is your private iCloud account with same privacy security you are accustomed to.
We do not use your location data as part of other revenue streams e.g. search or office productivity or enterprise solutions.
We do not retain or restore historic trip data if edited or deleted by user.
We do not sell or share any individual identifiable location information that we collect with third parties.
Ads served in our Services may use your location in order to serve you more relevant advertising. Our Ad Provider is Google AdMob: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
We do not store any credit card or payment information.
To delete your location information, delete our Services from all devices on which it is installed. If subscribed to our Services Pro, you have the option to delete all data from iCloud.
All marketing emails is sent with a unsubscribe link in the footer.
App notifications can be activated and deactivated in app.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we might receive information when you visit our Services websites and fill out a form or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, location and other contact or identifying the information you choose to provide. By signing up for our newsletter or to become a beta tester, you are providing us your email address for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe from this at any time from emails received by from us, or by contacting email@example.com.
Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies:
On our websites, we use a technology called “cookies.” A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts our site gives to your browser when you access the site. Our cookies help us analyze the usage of our service and website more accurately.
Cookies may also be placed by third-party analytics services that we use, such as Google Analytics. We use such tools to better understand how people who visit our site use it.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY WHEN YOU USE OUR SERVICES:
Location Information: We collect information about the location of your phone when you change location as you transport around if you have allowed our Services access to Location Services. We also track speed and route and time of day. For more details, please see “Your Choices” below.
Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model and unique device identifiers for support purposes.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM OTHER SOURCES
We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For example, we may receive information about you from third parties including, but not limited to, identity verification services and publicly available sources.
USE OF PERSONALIZED INFORMATION
We may use personalized information about you for various purposes, including to:
Provide, maintain and improve our Services;
Provide and deliver services you request and send you related information, including mileage reports and statistics;
Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;

We are based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law and European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By accessing or using our Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of data in and to the U.S. and other countries. Your location information is stored in the our apps, and optionally on iCloud servers maintained by Apple, Inc.
With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;
In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with applicable law, regulation or legal process, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation.
If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of our Services or others;
In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of our Services’ assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company;
We may also share aggregated or anonymized information that does not directly identify you.
Your data is stored on your device, and optionally backed up to your iCloud account. Your data is encrypted by Apple technologies only when your device is set with a passcode. Your data security is your responsibility. We are unable to access any data stored on iCloud servers as such data is store in your private iCloud storage container.
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, we cannot guarantee that third parties will never defeat our security measures. You acknowledge that you by using our Services are sharing information at your own risk.
When you first launch our apps, you will be asked to consent to our Services’ collection of your device location information. We require this location information for our Services to function automatically in the background as designed.
If you consent to our collection of location information, you may subsequently stop the collection of this location information at any time by changing the location preferences on your mobile device. If you stop the collection of location information, our Services will no longer collect information about your future driving.
If you consent to our collection of location information and you do not subsequently stop the collection of this location information, our Services will continue to collect this location information.
If you consent to our collection of location information, subsequently stop the collection of this location information and later consent to the collection of this location information, our Services will resume the collection of location information.
Is there a way to delete my data? What choices do I have?
We store the information described above on your device app and in your iCloud storage account. What you see in our apps and on our Services web portal is the data that we log.
If you delete a trip from the app or web portal it’s also deleted from your iCloud storage.
To completely delete all your information, please follow these steps:
Tap on the “Delete iCloud Data” button in the “Settings” section of our apps, then delete the app from your smartphone.
It is your responsibility to ensure you keep your services app current. We will provide in-app and infrequent email product updates, but you can unsubscribe from these emails.
You may opt out of receiving in-app notifications from services by changing your notification settings in the device settings menu. Similarly, you can opt-out of email lists from the unsubscribe link in the footer of all marketing emails sent by our Services.
